Property description This beautiful chalet is located in a quiet side street of Porto Cristo quite close to the Nautic Club. You enter the property via a paved garden with pines and palm trees surrounded by small walls. To the left of the chalet in the rear there is a garage big enough to park two cars right next to it ther is a small unit with fireplace for colder evenings which is also suitable as a guest accommodation. The main entrance is to the right of the house as well as the access to the pool. You enter the chalet via an entrance with wooden door, to the left of which is the spacious living area with fireplace a little raised is the dining area with access to the kitchen. The kitchen is all in white and provided with sufficient storage space. All kitchen appliances are from the spanish company "Corbero". From the kitchen you can step out to the terrace behind the chalet with BBQ area and pool as well as outdoor shower. There is also a utility room with washing machine. If you go through the kitchen you get back to the entrance area. There is a small corridor to the right of the entrance area. To the left there are two bathrooms with a shower, one bedroom straight down the corridor and two more bedrooms to the right. Straight from the entrance leads a mallorcan staircase to the upper floor in which there is another bedroom that can be used as a master bedroom. There is also a small balcony overlooking the garden. In the entire chalet, rust-colored sandstone elements adorn the interior. Dark woods used on doors and fitted wardrobes complete the mallorcan style. The chalet has charm and is easy to manage.
Equipment/Features The chalet currently has neither a heating system nor air conditioning but there are several fireplaces in the object, windows are simple glazed, wooden shutters, pets are allowed!

Location Porto Cristo is located 63 kilometers east of the center of Palma and 13 kilometers from Manacor on the Cala Manacor, a natural harbor bay between the Morro de Sa Carabassa and the small peninsula Punta Pagell on the east coast of Mallorca.
