Property description The spacious country house is located near the charming village of Cas Concos, in the southeast of Mallorca. It is about 15 minutes by car to Santanyi and Porto Colom.

The beautiful outdoor area fulfills every customer request. In addition to the covered barbecue area with seating area, the garden scores with a huge pool, various terraces and an outdoor shower.
Central heating ensures a comfortable room temperature in winter. In summer, ceiling fans provide freshness. The double garage has enough space for two cars.
In the nearby small town of Cas Concos you will find everything you need for daily life as well as some very recommendable restaurants.
The small town of Santanyi is a nice destination after a short drive. There is the famous weekly market here on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
