On a dirt road that leads through another property that belongs to the finca, you drive past carob trees and beautiful nature until you are at the end of the path in front of the finca. There are a lot of parking facilities as well as a covered porch and the pool. You enter the finca via the main entrance and get into an anteroom with an open staircase that leads to the upper floor. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is almost there, from where you can get to another covered area in front of it, which was formerly used as a garage and where there is now a barbecue area and the thermal baths and a protected opportunity to celebrate family celebrations.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one of which is very large with a dressing area and a large living room.

Location Artà is located in the northeast of the island of Mallorca, around 60 km from the island's capital, Palma. More than half of the municipal area is occupied by the Massís d'Artà, the highest and most compact massif of the eastern mountain ranges of the Serres de Llevant.
The municipal area is located on the western part of the Artà peninsula and borders on the Bay of Alcúdia (Badia d'Alcúdia) in the west and on the open Mediterranean Sea in the north, opposite the neighboring island of Menorca.
For tourists Artà offers many possibilities. The coastal region of the municipality is of particular interest. The sandy beach s'Arenal de sa Canova with extensive dunes is located directly on the border to the municipality of Santa Margalida in the district of Son Serra de Marina. A coastal hiking trail leads along it to the urbanization s'Estanyol near Colònia de Sant Pere. Further east between s'Estanyol and es Caló are steep cliffs and alternating gorges with small sandy beaches. The north of the municipality is dominated by the Massís d'Artà with the elevations of Puig Morei (561 m), Puig de sa Tudossa (444 m) and Talaia Moreia (432 m).
