Location: Port Cristo Novo is an up-market area on the outskirts of the popular Marina town of Porto Cristo. The property is located close to the Cala Anguila beach which combines with Cala Mendia, to form the sea inlet in the region between Porto Cristo and Cala Romantica.

Without Hotels nearby, Porto Cristo Novo is one of the quieter areas along the east coast, even during the peak holiday season, it always remains tranquil.
A small paved footpath leads from Cala Anguila to Cala Mendia, which is less than a 10 minute walk away. Both bays have fine, white sandy beaches and turquoise-blue water.
The nearby town of Porto Cristo, invites one to stroll through the harbour and newly developed promenade, to visit some of the popular restaurants or swim at the local beach. Large Supermarkets are available. The well-known "Cuevas del Drach" are in the immediate vicinity and are a worthwhile excursion.

The next largest city of Manacor is only 15 km away and the capital Palma about 66 km.
