Property description This villa is located in Sa Coma - not far from the local beach.

At the front of the house there is a Zona Verde (green zone), which was once intended as a thoroughfare for walkers, however, the property has now been linked to the Zona Verde for private use only. The owners have taken care of this area for many years and can therefore use it as a private garden.
This area could be opened again, however, a property cannot be built and the street below cannot be widened in this area.

The entrance to the house is secured by an electronic gate and a paved path leads past the house to a modern double garage. From the double garage one can reach the swimming pool cellar, where the entire swimming pool tech is housed.
The pool was converted to a salt water and is in front of the main veranda with a large BBQ fireplace, adjacent to the living area.

In general, this unique house offers many outdoor areas with different niches, where you can sit and enjoy life outdoors.

The rooms in the house were generously designed and a special highlight is the entrance area with a large lead crystal glass window. A similar window can be found in a well -known hotel in Sa Coma.

The house has central heating (city gas) and air conditioning.

A special feature is the cooking island in the kitchen, which has a gas flame, an induction field, a plancia, and an integrated fryer. There are also two ovens and a microwave that were integrated into the fitted kitchen at working height.

This house offers plenty of space for a large family.

Beliggenhed Sa Coma is a small village that belongs to the municipality of San Lorenzo de Cardessar in the east of the island and connects the two tourist centers Cala Millor and S'Illot. Here you will find everything for your daily requirements including a large supermarket as well as various restaurants and shops.

The beach of Sa Coma is very popular because of its fine sand and the turquoise blue water, ideal for families.

The Punt de N'Amer nature reserve is bordering the beach, which invites you for long walks and a visit to the Castle and the accompanying bistro.
