Property description The house was completely renovated from August 2018 to December 2019. The power lines were renewed, as well as partially the water lines. The foundation of the house was supported.

Others: The Kaiser Franz Josef residence has been open since December 26th, 2019 and had strong booking figures in the first few months. Currently due to Covid the residence is only open for business travellers.
