1. After a market appriasal of your property, we discuss the current selling price with you. Should there be any outstanding problems, we have professionals who are able to legalize the property later and make the necessary checks at the land register.
2. We market your property in many ways
   • - in various newspapers, such as EL Aviso, Inselzeitung, Mallorca-Zeitung, Mallorca-Magazine and The World, etc.
   • - in the European Internet making us UNIQUE in Mallorca
   • - on our own web site
   • - in social media, like Facebook, Twitter, etc.
   • - We also promote your property to our large list of serious registered prospective buyers on our books.
3. We arrange viewing appointments with prospective buyers
4. After consultation with you, we conclude reservations or purchase option agreements with the serious buyers.
5. We ensure that the buyer makes a down payment, after the conclusion of a purchase option contract
6. We arrange the Notary appointment and conduct a preliminary examination of documentation for the Buyer.
7. We ensure that the Spanish purchase contract is translated into English, in time for the notary appointment and that this is done for FREE.

As a seller, need only supply your documents.
